The rain is in my blood, or a day in my life

I've grown up in the city where it rains probably 80% of the time.

That's why I like when it rains in Toronto and don't mind the walks in the rain. Especially if it's pretty warm (for the winter) outside.

This was a very lovely day spent with my friend, and I'd like to share some great photos (took by my friend) of the city.

We also found a REALLY lovely cafe, called Fika. They have the most delicious tuna sandwich and lavender flavoured white hot chocolate (which is to die for!!). What we liked about this cafe, is that it's very cute, simple, and European stylish as the owner of Fika was inspired by Sweden. I love everything European looking (and tasting), because it reminds me of my home town. This cafe is now on my top favourites list of things and places :)

Toronto does look the best on the rainy days plus when it just starts getting darker; the reflection of city lights on wet streets creates a magical effect.

As I write this post it's freezing cold outside, and I really hope we'll get more of these rainy, autumn-like days very soon!
